PIRSA Basketball Tournament: It’s hoops time in Pennsylvania! PIRSA is hosting their tournament on Saturday, April 6th. The PA East Tournament is at East Stroudsburg University, and the PA West Tournament is at PennWest Clarion. Registration is $200 for one team, $375 for two.
